Terms & Conditions:
All bookings require a minimum of 2 days stay except Dec/Jan Holidays requires 5 days minimum. The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.
A deposit of 50% will secure booking, and balance payable one week prior to arrival date. Reserved bookings will only be kept for 3 days, thereafter if no deposit received, the reservation will be forfeited. Payment receipts can be faxed to 041-9336520, or e-mailed to a3g@telkomsa.net. Smoking, please is to be confined to the front balcony only. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Arrive @ 14h00 and Depart by 11h00.
Cancellation Policy;
Less than 14 Days prior to arrival: - forfeit full deposit. From 14 - 28 Days prior to arrival: - forfeit 50% deposit. From 28 + days prior to arrival: - forfeit 25% deposit.
